Diresh MC is a seasoned operations and project management professional with over 15 years of experience
across construction, interior fit out and acoustic implementation. With a background in interior design and
project management, Diresh combines creative thinking with strong technical and operational expertise.

As Director of Operations, he oversees day to day project execution, resource planning and coordination across
multiple disciplines. He has played an active role in landmark projects including Expo 2020 and numerous large
scale commercial and retail developments across the GCC.

Diresh is known for his hands on leadership style, strong client focus and commitment to delivering projects
efficiently while maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction.

Dileesh Surendran is a civil engineering professional with over 12 years of GCC experience across commercial management, estimation, quantity surveying and project delivery. He has extensive exposure to major fit out, hospitality and mixed use developments throughout the UAE.

In his role as Commercial Director, Dileesh leads all contractual, financial and commercial activities, ensuring strong cost control, accurate forecasting and effective risk mitigation. He works closely with project and leadership teams to support commercial decision making and maintain financial performance across all projects.

Highly analytical and detail focused, Dileesh is passionate about delivering commercially sound solutions while supporting operational efficiency and long term client relationships.

Dheeraj Mooliyil is an Executive director with 20 years of experience in Project management and developing
strategies to promote the mission of the organization. Proven ability to capture opportunities for growth and
build excellent relationship with key vendors and business partners.

Having held senior leadership roles for over a decade, Dheeraj plays a pivotal role in driving project success through
strong governance, financial oversight and risk management. He is deeply involved in supporting project teams,
managing contractual obligations and ensuring value driven outcomes for clients.

Dheeraj strongly believes that successful companies are built on talented people, and he remains committed to
developing teams, investing in skills and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Dev Devan is an architecture graduate passionate about innovative and sustainable design solutions. He
actively oversees operations at Adesta Electricals and Building Contracting, contributing to project
coordination, execution, and business development.

His architectural expertise and industry experience bridge design and construction, ensuring efficient,
high-quality outcomes.

Shankar is a visionary and a passionate engineer who founded SABI in 2007. With over 25 years of strong
technical and management expertise, he has been responsible for driving tremendous growth and
transforming SABI into one of the most recognized organizations in the UAE.

A true leader, Shankar keeps his pulse on all projects and is an avid advocate for efficiency.

Murat Umultan brings over 23 years of UAE and international experience across development, construction
and commercial management in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Turkiye. A results driven leader, Murat has
successfully delivered complex, large scale projects for some of the region’s most prestigious developments
including Dubai Expo 2020, Dubai Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate, Town Square and Al Raha Beach.

With extensive C suite and senior management experience, Murat is highly skilled in strategic leadership, change management and driving operational excellence. He is known for building high performing teams, implementing
best practice processes and ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on budget and within demanding
time frames.

His leadership style is collaborative yet decisive, underpinned by a strong focus on compliance, safety and long
term value creation for clients and stakeholders.
